Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day
Eat 2 fruits and 4 vegetables 5/7 days per week
Walk 10,000 steps 6/7 days per week
Drink 80 ounces of water every day
Smile at least 5 times per day
Laugh out loud at least once a day
Learn something new every day (and acknowledge that I have learned something new)
Spend at least 5 minutes per day doing something fun
Focus on making healthy choices

I am a Lifetime Member of Weight Watchers, and continue to follow the basic program that helped me achieve my goal.

Thank u for stopping by my blog. I do know it is a lifestyle change. I just need to get back to healthy, then take it from there. I was talking to my Son about it and told him, I may never be able to eat like I used to or want to. I have to think healthy first. I do know if the situation ever arises, a family dinner or a special event that moderation is key. I just know now that I will always be a diabetic, so will have to do whatever is necessary to keep it in check. Adding u as a friend, need all the info and support I can get since this is all new to me. MJ
