Goals for 2013 Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps per day Eat 2 fruits and 4 vegetables 5/7 days per week Walk 10,000 steps 6/7 days per week Drink 80 ounces of water every day Smile at least 5 times per day Laugh out loud at least once a day Learn something new every day (and acknowledge that I have learned something new) Spend at least 5 minutes per day doing something fun Focus on making healthy choices
My Program:
I am a Lifetime Member of Weight Watchers, and continue to follow the basic program that helped me achieve my goal. I love the Spark People community, the support, Spark Streaks, and earning Spark Points!
