Welcome to SP! Thanks for reaching out! have been using sparkpeople for about a year and a half. I lost about 20 pounds, and then the summer came and I gain most of it back. I have learned the hard way that consistency is important and that taking breaks is not a good option for me. I restarted in October and since then I have lost 30 pounds. I have gone from a size 14-16 to a size 10-12. I feel so much better! Now, I track everyday even if I am on vacation. This might not sound like fun, but it helps me stay more in control.
If you want to see "how I spark", check out my food log. I have found several meals that I eat often. It takes a lot of the guess work out of food shopping, prep work and tracking. I like when all of this effort is effortless!
