Today is a new day, I have been off Spark for almost a year now but I have not been off my game!!!! I have been so busy and doing so many things, I am not only a licensed Zumba instructor, I am also a Certified TurboKick, TRX, and Schendo Instructor..... I have lost and gained weight since I first started this journey it has not been easy but I never gave up and for the first time in my life I HAVE CONTROL!!!!!!! SO HERE GOES EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Starting WT:191 7/26/12--- 187 ...

I have lost and gained weight since I first started this journey it has not been easy but I never gave up and for the first time in my life I HAVE CONTROL!!!!!!! SO HERE GOES EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Starting WT:191 7/26/12--- 187 8/2/12 --- Goal WT: 145 I have now learned how to eat, how to workout, what my body needs vs. what I WANT lol...... my journey has just begun Mini Goal 176 by 8Aug12 LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!!!!!!

My Goals:
My major goal is to lose 50lbs by 2/21/2011. Not only lose the weight but live healthy so that my household can live healthy I want to maintain a healthy weight and show my children the abilities their mother has and not be so down and tired all the time, I tried to lose weight numerous times in the past 8yrs since after I had my first child to no avail both the difference between now and then is that I was doing it for everyone else then, Now i've finally realized i have to do it for myself!! I'm setting goals i can reach and becoming the woman,wife, and mother i know I can be.
My Program:
Work out 6x a week run at least 2mi 3 times a week. strength train 3x a week. Watching what I eat, how I eat it, and how much. My husband is my personal trainer now, but i'm doing this with or without him i'm so focused right now!!!!!!
Personal Information:
My name is Caneesha i'm 29 yrs old, I am married to my Wonderful husband JD we have 3 beautiful children 2boys and 1 girl, i'm from Saginaw, MI and he's from Columbia, SC we met while we were both in the US Army. I got out about 4 years ago but he's still in we're in NC.
