Thanks for the blog comment. 2014 is indeed shaping up to be a better year. Just this last weekend, I actually started sleeping, again. Take care.

Thanks for your comments. I will look into a camelback for riding. My best riding friend uses one that attaches to your bike, not to your body. Not sure if that is called a camelback. I know runners who wear them on their back & I don't think I'd like that. Thanks for the tip about keeping extra food on the bike, too. I did have a spare gel.

Great reminder to make sure I'm eating enough calories!

Thanks for your comment and I think I am finally getting my act together. Blogging helped me get rid of some of my frustration and I am ready to get serious about losing this weight I gained and start eating better. Paid attention to what I was eating and limited the junk and I am looking forward to getting ready for a great racing season with my granddaughter.

Yes, the new class was a lot of fun. And, there were 4 men in the class! I rarely see men in the classes. Anyway, my schedule won't usually allow me to take that class. I'm trying to figure out how I can do classes again. We'll see!

Off to complete today's workout... emoticon
