Thanks, LIV2Ride for your encouraging words on my blog! I've been feeling the same way. I'm starving (and not losing) on ETL and have gained weight on McDougall's plan. I've tried researching and "tweaking" both plans - it's miserable. I started my new plan and it's working for me so far.

Thank you very much for the comment on my blog. I usually feel like I'm just flailing around by myself. It was nice to feel like someone out there understands. Thanks. emoticon

Thanks for your offer to help me get with the McDougall program. It is hard for me because my hubby always wants to eat out and it is so hard to eat healthy in restaurants. The new menu looks more doable than the old but I will need to make sure I add the salad and non starchy vegetables. I just need to commit to doing it.

Thanks, Kelly. Due to my lack of training, this was the most challenging series of races I've done, but in many ways it was one of the most enjoyable.
