Welp I am 18 years old, 5'5 and a half, and one horrible BMI of 30%! (xml)

i'm trying hard to lose weight. i've never been the right size or slim or even close, so now i really want to get healthy.
i start college in the fall, so i want to lose at least 6 more pounds before then.

i started at 155 lbs, now at 140. goal=125. (or 130, i'll see how happy i am with my body once i get there) and then to get toned once i hit this goal.

What I am so ...

What I am so excited for:
-having noticeable cheekbones and a slimmer face
-having guys look at me when i enter a room (like how it was 4 years ago:/ )
-wearing shorts!
-the BEACH!
-having confidence for once in my life
-actually being happy

What I am so done with:
-excuses to get out of pool parties
-depression
-crying whenever I go shopping, attempting to get new jeans
-comparing myself to every other girl I see
-muffin tops!
-being winded after going up a flight or two of stairs
-only wearing sweatpants/ dresses b/c i can't find pants that fit.

I know I have to reach these goals. I need to and I am finally determined to.

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh between 125-130 pounds and to get toned, healthy, and happy! I'm 18, I need to have the energy of an 18 year old!

Reward- manicure/pedicure

Reward- Shopping spree in NYC! (H&M and 4 story Forever 21 please!)

My Program:
Starting to eat much much better! Trying to work out almost everyday. Aiming for at least 30-45 minute of cardio.

Thank you! :) Sorry about the delay response. Everything has been a bit crazy lately. Drinking 8 cups of water is important. I have been trying to drink as much water as I can this summer. I definitely drink more water in the winter than I do during the summer... It's really bad. I have to increase my intake. It's not that I don't want to drink water... I just have no time. :)
