Healthy and Thriving

This year I will be the big 4-0! I have spent most of my 30's over 200 lbs. I know I am healthier than I was a couple years ago but I still need to lose at least 20% of my body weight so i can enter my 40's healthier than ever.
One day at a time.

I have started Chris and Heidi Powell's new book called extreme transformation. So far i have committed myself to doing the missions and cardio and to trying a new recipe from the book 3x week.

Great job with the Squat! Lunges and squats are my favorite exercises. It takes some time to get them down but once you do they really produce some results and help the whole body. emoticon
