Hi! You can call me KITTIE! Starting Weight 01/01/13: 230 lbs Quick background story: Since bout 4th or 5th grade I started gaining weight. By the end of my Sophmore yr I was 230lb 5'11". Started Herbal life shakes and lost 30lbs by graduation. After I moved out on my own Dec 05, I lost anouther10lbs. My weigth was steady until Nov 08 when I lost another 10lbs. I got married in Oct 09. Was stready again until I got pregnant in Nov 10 and I gained close to 80 ...
Hi! You can call me KITTIE! Starting Weight 01/01/13: 230 lbs Quick background story: Since bout 4th or 5th grade I started gaining weight. By the end of my Sophmore yr I was 230lb 5'11". Started Herbal life shakes and lost 30lbs by graduation. After I moved out on my own Dec 05, I lost anouther10lbs. My weigth was steady until Nov 08 when I lost another 10lbs. I got married in Oct 09. Was stready again until I got pregnant in Nov 10 and I gained close to 80 lbs. I weight 257 when I gave birth to a beautiful 8lb1.7oz baby boy on Aug 26th, 2011. Then got pregnant again and gave birth to another beautiful 8lb 14oz baby boy, on Nov 4th, 2012, I weighed 255lbs. I now 230lbs, my first major goal is 175lbs(-55lbs)....then 165lb(-65lbs) and maybe 155lbs(-75lbs). I hope to reach my first goal by the end of 2013 Wanna know alittle more about me? My Program:
~No pop, diet on rare occasion ~Reduuce "white" foods (Rice, Pasta, Sugar, etc) ~Reduce Sodium ~Avoid red meats ~No Junk (cookies. candy, etc) ~Workout at least 10min a day 5 days a week ~Drink lots of water ~Avoid fast food, not even Subway ~Eat more whole grains/wheat ~Always go Fat free, sugar free, reduced fat, reduced sodium. ~Eat more fruits and veggies ~Weigh in on Mondays and reward myself for any progress made
