Back on the wagon

Well, I got to my goal weight, kept it for several months, then met a boy and put on the 'relationship 10'... well okay, more like the relationship 15.

But! It took over a year to put those on, and the only reason I'm trying to take off a few of them is because my wardrobe is starting to get a bit snug. I noticed it last week, and have already lost 1.5 lbs with mindful eating and cutting down on the beer.

We'll see how that goes - Sparkpeople was great at getting me to ...

We'll see how that goes - Sparkpeople was great at getting me to realize what I need to eat to lose and be healthy, so I'm not going to track my food and see how I do on my own. If I can't do it alone (with a bit of motivation) I'll reevaluate.

My Goals:
I want to lose those last few pesky pounds and really tone up!

I've already lost about 20 lbs on my own, and kept it off for 3 years, but I want to lose my giggly thighs.

My Program:
Mindful eating, and staying away from the beer! (good thing I like scotch)

Personal Information:
Cannuk currently in the US for Grad School.

Other Information:
I'm a shorty (only 4'8"), so keeping my calorie content within range is my biggest challenge.

Hey Nikke! I'm 5'1" and I can't even imagine how much harder it must be for you. I also tend to overanalyze the calorie thing but it's because it helps me know where I am on my goals, I have a spreadsheet I use to help myself stay motivated, since it definitely is harder for us short people! If you're interested there's a link in my blogs. Best of luck to you darlin'!

Nikke, Wow you are doing good...I remember those weights! I can't believe someone is shorter than me...at 4'10"! It is hard especially as we get older. Good luck on those stubborn last pounds! Harder when short.
