Welcome to Little_Dog's Home

Hi everyone,
I am working in Singapore but I am Thai. I am so glad I found this site. What an awesome place to be! I don't really need to lose a lot of weight - may be just 5 kg. I am eating quite healthy already but I think I am an emotional eater and sometimes, I am too obsessed about food. I also tend to eat more CARBs when I am stressed!

I love exercise - running, swimming,cycling, yoga, pilates etc. - You name it!

My Program:
(1) At least 60 mins Cardio daily

(2) Weight Training - 3 day split (6 days/week)

(3) Eat healthy - no CARB for dinner (Total 1200 cal/day)
