My Goals:
My goal is to become an avid runner (from 5k, 10k, to 13k....Marathon?).

To gain muscle: 18% body fat.

To be healthy and confident.

To be an inspiration to my family.

My Program:
My plan is to run 3 to 4 days a weeks alternating between strength training days.

I plan on using Shaun T's insanity program for strength training and free weight/ body resistance exercises.

Other Information:
This might be lame, but I CAN'T WAIT for the last Twilight movie, "Breaking Dawn Part 2!"
