My Program:
I'm focusing on cutting back my fat intake, which is quite high, even if my calories are not. More lean protein and plants in my diet whenever possible.
I'm alternating strength training with workout videos: Jillian Michaels is my hero!

I hope where you are you aren't getting this cold snap we have yuk -46 yesterday but they say by Monday we could be back in the + YAY!!
