It's Time
My ultimate goal is to be healthy and be a good role model for my son in all ways. Along the way, I'd like to lose 35 pounds. While pregnant with my son, I gained 15 pounds. After he was born, I gained another 15. He was born almost 5 years ago, so I have long lost the "baby weight" excuse. I love to eat and I love to run. I just need to find the happy balance.
