Starting again- because of my sister

Thanks for dropping by on my blog.....you are right about the oatmeal....since I have been eating it for so long, it will take a longer time to get out of my system. Today I feel better.
We are just waiting for the freezing rain and snow....got extra wood in and I have all my laundry and dishes done up in case we lose power!

I took a few days off from the gym...went to a lovely spa overnight with my daughter (a wonderful Christmas present!). It was truly a little piece of heaven...eucalyptus steam baths, hot tubs, massage, great meals, but most important, I got to spend some much needed quality time with her. Now I am back to reality and plan to hit the gym tomorrow. If I am not going to actually lose pounds, at least I can be fit. I am going to write a blog to sort out my feelings about the whole scale, measurement weight thing.
