Back on track for good!
I joined SP in February of 2010, unsure if it would do me any good at all. I had been trying to lose weight forever, and had been obese for as long as I could remember. Well, the weight came off very steadily! Within five months, I had lost 30 pounds! I was so excited and so happy to see my new shape. And I felt great! Well, colder weather came, and I lost track of my goals. It was more important to have a warm cup of cocoa and a piece of cake than it was for me ...

Well, the weight came off very steadily! Within five months, I had lost 30 pounds! I was so excited and so happy to see my new shape. And I felt great! Well, colder weather came, and I lost track of my goals. It was more important to have a warm cup of cocoa and a piece of cake than it was for me to feel fit and healthy. The good news is that over the winter months, I only gained 3 pounds! Now that better weather is here, I'm ready to do this again and make it stick this time! I'm going to lose those last 30 pounds just as quickly as I lost the first 30 pounds!
