I am trying to do better at tracking my food choices. For exercise I will finish my C25K program, lift some light weights at home. I also love to Zumba and hope to work that in on the opposite days I lift weights.
I love to crochet and read. My husband is a movie buff, so I end up watching a lot with him. I am a speech-language implementer at a public school and am going back to school to earn my 2nd bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and then go to graduate school and become a certified SLP!
