I just turned 43! I am the mother of 3 great kids Sarah, AJ & Mary! I have been married for 21 years to a great guy who supports whatever I'm doing as long as it makes me happy. I never thought I'd be like I am, obese! But I know that that is the biggest problem, I never thought about anything I put in my mouth other than it was making me feel good right at that moment! God help me now!
