Healthy by November ^_^

Recently been under a lot of stress, got a full time job and been accepted to uni and due to lack of time I turned to fast food. I've always been curvy but now I hit the limit of 80kg and just want to lose around 10kg to be able to move a bit easily and obviously look better :) As a future full time student on a low budget I'd welcome anyone sharing cheap but tasty recipes :)

My Goals:
I am studying to be a teacher and to keep up with the little ones I want to be fit to be able to move around freely without having to take a break every couple of minutes... I don't care that much how much weight I lose, I just found new passion for sports ^_^

My Program:
I keep cutting down on sugar and unnecessary carbs and keep dancing - while I clean, cook or getting dressed (bit of a challenge), to move and lose weight is so much easier with good music and smile :D

Personal Information:
I'm from Czech Republic, but live in UK for about 9 years now, studying TESOL and Global studies in Nottingham. I like to go for walks, to the pub, to cinema and I am a massive bookworm :D

Welcome to SP! No, I'm from Wisconin right in the middle of the US, but two things...first, you don't need lots of time to work out. Build more movement into your days. I know you will be short on time and lots of stress perhaps but you can start the day with a quick 10 minutes and also there are quickfire things you can do during the day....trips to the bathroom can include some squats or wall push ups. If you do 10 reps every time you go to the bathroom by the end of the day, you have done a workout. Walk whenever you can. Second, consider SP as the meeting place for exchange of recipes etc. It works. Most importantly, congrats on making the choice to get healthier while you are also working on your other life goals. You can do it!
