Well it looks like we best get back to our blogging ways, lady! I think I've figured out this healthy lifestyle again. I was scared for awhile because it was like I couldn't say no to ANYTHING. (well only to working out LOL) I said no yesterday to girl scout cookies, and also this morning to no bacon! I think you should keep up with the workouts you are doing because you know the weight will come off! We gotta just keep doing it. The word Yo-Yo will no longer be in our vocabulary, okay? Hey lady!! I miss blogging a ton! I've done some research and I LOSE weight when I blog daily. I LOSE weight when I keep in touch with all my close SPfriends. I LOSE weight when I plan out workouts. I got down to 211 like forever ago. And in the past month I've shot up to 216.8 then down to 212 then up to 214.8 and so on. I keep imagining what it'll be like to hit 210 for the first time in 5 years. I need to stop imagining and start DOING!
