Little Flower
Hi everyone!
I was given the nickname Little Flower by Dad many years ago. In fact this was my C.B. radio name.
When my sister described me with One word she said I am " artistic".
I have 4 kids, 2 girls and 2 boys. They are all grown up - in fact they are in their late 30's. Lordy that sounds like I am really OLD.
Grandkids - 10 Six of them live close to us and then there is one in OK City, three live in Texas.

Ok, I am up & off the couch. April 15th I rejoined my gym in Owasso and have been 3 days last week. Today I continued and was pretty proud of myself.
1/20/09 - To get off the couch, start walking 3-5 days a week. Lose 15-20 pounds
My Program:
Trying to eat sensibly. I am working out at the gym again. 4/20/09
I did walk a tour of university my granddaughter is interested in attending.

I love to read, take tole painting lessons each week. Work in my yard & flowers.
I suffer from athersc________. I can only walk. Running is OUT. I have had blockages in my abdominal aorta. Then my femoral arteries blocked. So they put stents in the arteries. Etc. I could go on..........
