Past prime and tired of being too heavy to feel great!
I hope to find the inspiration to keep on keepin' on here. Getting back into decent condition is tough when fighting off that demon called depression. I'm making a conscious effort to being positive and climbing up and out of the dark pit I have been in since becoming a widow. I truly believe that physically feeling better will help me to feel better mentally as well!
