LittleCyrena here. I''m a 26 year old mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend from Texas. I have two beautiful daughters, an amazing husband, a loving family and support system. Currently, I''m reasonably healthy and joined SparkPeople to help guide me on my weight loss journey, which feels a lot like a ''finding myself'' journey. Who''s up for a wild and crazy ride?

My Goals:
*~Short Term Goals~*

Be able to do moderate exercise (like walk up the stairs) consistently for 10 minutes without getting winded.

Have at least one fruit and one vegetable every day.

*~Long Term Goals~*

Lose 3 lbs a month.

Cut out 90% of the pre-packaged and prepared/processed foods from my diet.


My Program:
Track, track, track! Be responsible! Be accountable! That one tater-tot did matter! Track it!

Cut out sodas! Make it a treat.

Exercise! No good body can be attained without moving it! Shake what ya got!

    The best advice that I can give is to learn your body, and figure out what works best for you in terms of health, weight loss, and livability. (it doesn't matter if it works great but you can't live it!).
