I'M RESPONSIBLE MYSELF WHAT I LOOK LIKE TOMORROW.


I joined SP on I believe Jan of 2008. I weighed 184 pounds then. I lost down to 153 by June of 2008. I got married in July 2008. I had so much motivation then. I lost down two dress sizes.

Since I lost my husband in 2011 I just went down hill. My short goal is to get back down to 153. Then get down to 140 which is my long goal.

I want to get that motivation back and get my life back way it was then.

My Goals:
I want to try to lose 8-10 per month till I get to 140. I got a new sewing machine so when I get to my goal weight I want to design my own outfit.

My Program:
Lose weight to be healthier and look and feel better.
5 pounds down.

Thank you for the goodie I really appreciate it. I just finished reading SP Guy's blog about Robin Williams movie "Dead Poet's Society" and seize the day, it really made me think. I have been a member since July 2008 and I lost the first year and gained it back and then two years ago I went on the medifast program and lost 26 lbs and only had about 10 or so more to lose and well you know what happened. Now, again I'm trying but it scares me because this time I can't seem to stop the weight coming on.
I know one of my problems is exercising and I have to get back into it so, I'm going to do the 10 min. a day challenge and hopefully get back on track. I'm an emotional eater and I love sweets so I have to find other ways to control it before it's too late.
