Jan 1 2016 weigh 165.5. Goal weight 145. I need to lose 20 pounds. Don't seem to be much to lose but for me it is hard to stick with it and do it, so I'm really hoping by starting a new year I'm really going to try to do it.

My Goals:
I want to try to lose 8-10 per month till I get to 145. I got a new sewing machine so when I get to my goal weight I want to design my own outfit.

Thanks new friend, maybe we can cheer each other on to our goals.
When I got down to 136 I felt soooooo good and was proud of what I did and slowly it came back on and I would love to have that feeling again.

Thank you for the goodie I really appreciate it. I just finished reading SP Guy's blog about Robin Williams movie "Dead Poet's Society" and seize the day, it really made me think. I have been a member since July 2008 and I lost the first year and gained it back and then two years ago I went on the medifast program and lost 26 lbs and only had about 10 or so more to lose and well you know what happened. Now, again I'm trying but it scares me because this time I can't seem to stop the weight coming on.
I know one of my problems is exercising and I have to get back into it so, I'm going to do the 10 min. a day challenge and hopefully get back on track. I'm an emotional eater and I love sweets so I have to find other ways to control it before it's too late.
