Good luck with starting C25K...it's a great program to ease you in and help you feel successful. Even though I'm feeling a little stuck at Week 4, I'm still proud that I'm able to run as much as I am and have gotten this far.

Have you checked out some of the podcasts available online that are timed to the C25K intervals? I've been using these: http://www.ullreys.com/robert/Podcasts/pod
