I am a mom of a 15 year old and a 5 year old. I am trying to get back into shape to have a better lifestyle, to feel good about myself and to set good examples for my girls. I want to be strong and live a healthy long life.

    Thanks for the friend add...I added you as well. I see you have had some ups and downs. Don't get discouraged...just use what you've learned from past mistakes and move on. This journey is tough...and we have to be tougher! I know that soooo well. You are young and beautiful and you have that awesome fit hubby and two precious daughters to motivate you!

    I'm going to the meetings. I figured thatd be a better way for me since Id be weighing in infront of a stranger. Gotta show someone that doesnt know me that I'm making improvement....i dont know if that makes much sense lol so far I've been doing good on it. I get urges for sweets a lot but then i just go and get a fruit and tell myself no a lot lol The next couple days are going to be rough though. Im going to a reception tomorrow and then Sunday were going to my soon to be father in laws work event and then theyre having a family pool party afterwards. Im just gonns shove my face with fruits and veggies lol
    How have you been doing working out wise? How have your girls been?

    I'm trying to start things back up too. I started weight watchers today with my best friend so im crossing my fingers that this will do the trick and everything will click and things will start falling into place.
