Losing unwanted pounds has been an uphill battle in my 40s. It seems as my metabolism is working against me. And while I am quite active, I pay the price with pain and discomfort. It is a disappointment, but not a death sentence. There is a lot of room for improvement in my eating habits. I have the sneaking suspicion that if I start listening to and following my body's instructions, I will be better off for doing so.

My Goals:
I want to get into the smaller size in my closet. I need to because I am wearing out my current clothes...and I don't want to buy more in this size.
My Program:
I am a member of my local TOPS, but I just play with a few pounds and don't lose any of them for good.
Personal Information:
I have a sedentary job, but make an effort to exercise. I love food (cooking, baking, creating) and eating too many calories is my issue.
Other Information:
I need a support system. I am hoping to find that here!
