i am embarking on what I hopefully think is the final weight loss programme of many.this time my mind is alert, my senses are receptive.I will never be the same again. I am a thirty something mother of one 8 year old boy for whom I live for.I am married to a man who gives me grief as much as he gives me joy.We are both in the same profession. I am looking to break the barrier and succeed in something I have been promising myself for a long time.I am looking to make it by my 33rd birthday in 2014.I am tired of being the fat girl the one people compare themselves with to make them feel better. I got a new job and where although i live near work and walk about 10 to 15 minutes to get , there is no gym in sight so will have to rely on my taebo dvds and dumb bells but i yearn for the outdoors in summer. I have a deep love for Jehovah who is constantly in our midst.

I have not been active for a while so starting in AUGUST 2012 I am starting afresh.

Every ten days I will weigh and measure myself to check on my weight loss. I should buy a camera to track my progress in pictures and thinking of investing in an elliptical machine in the new year.

do 12 week challenges

Cardio -4 x a week (walking and taebo)

Strength training -2 x a week

Hi Lithetha, So nice to hear from you. I didn't get your post about receiving the Shred video but glad to know it made it.

Tough, huh? Do you feel your stamina has increased? I did.

I'm thinking about doing it again but haven't worked up the courage to start. Definitely notice I'm not as good doing push-ups since stopping the video.

I'll let you know if/when I start again, maybe this time I'll make it to Level 3.
