    I just get frustrated when I make the effort and no one else does... whining here.... I know.... get OVER it.

    I do freeze things...but I still have to cook fresh for my Dad. Caregivers and my sister most often go out to eat (at whose expense?). I am just feeling a little resentful. I need to knock that off and look for the good.

    Im so glad I am not the only one who doesn't get a WA of 24 or so when I am 42. I am horrible at some of those balance games but I am NOT giving up! I have Wii fit not fit plus. I am going to read your blog right now & see if I can learn more on the fit plus. Great job on being sugar free & sticking to your plan!

    Thanks for commenting on my 5 week progress blog. I know it looks like a lot to track, but these are the areas I'm weak in and improvements in all these areas will lead to best POSSIBILITY of weight loss. However, there are no guarantees even if I do everything "right." Always a work in progress!
