Time to just "DO IT"

Procrastination is a huge downfall for me, I started a job 5 years ago that was physical, along the way I dropped 40 lbs from doing physical work. needless to say I gained back that 40 lbs and maybe more, and no longer doing the physical work. I walk a lot during the day ( but not the get your heart rate up walking) and take the steps rather than the elevator all the time. My Goals:
want to go back to shopping for things I like rather than what fits. lost 40 lbs and it somehow found its way back to me. need to lose more than 40 but that 40 lbs lost made me feel a ton better!

My Program:
need to stay away from fast food, cut back on the beer and get it into my head I dont need melted cheese!

Personal Information:
I am from a small town in Wisconsin, have no excuses for not getting out there and walking or something.

i read a chat post of yours and i really "got it". could really relate. our goals are very similar, right down to trying to kick the cheese! lol. i've tried this SP thing in the past with everything set to "private" but that hasn't worked. this timei'm reaching out to others in hopes of motivation and accountability.
