That is great motivation to get in shape for your boys. I actually have been doing these 10 min a day workout videos for the last week, it's not much, but it's something. I'm really feeling motivated ;-) Glad we connected on here. We HAVE to get healthy and skinny. Rock out girl!!! 40 min of cardio whooowoooo emoticon
