Hello... my name is Melissa and I'm a food-a-holic. LOL. I recently gave birth to a bouncing baby boy (Julian) but as a result, I wound up gaining about 50 pounds! I am trying to get rid of those pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that the next time around, I'm in the groove!

- Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, or less.

- Maintain a healthy lifestyle so that my next pregnancy is not so difficult.

- Quit smoking!

My Program:
- Eat a high protein breakfast.

- Have a salad or something similar for lunch.

- Dinner is high protein, low carb.

- Only diet soda, Crystal Light, or water to drink.

- Rare "treats," like sweets.

- Mainly cardio workouts for fitness.
