PLAN OF ACTION: JANUARY 2014

Met my goal of being in my 120s by April 7, 2014. Two weeks ahead of schedule.

Need to start exercising. I'm finding it difficult to make the time away from home to go. Here's what I think is realistic for me right now:
Pilates - 2x/week (have a friend to go with)
Stationery Bike - 1/week for at least 30 minutes (have a different friend to go with)
Weight Machines - 1/week (I really enjoy doing this but I find it takes me so long, I start getting antsy to get home. Even if I decide to do just upper or lower body.)

Well, I officially hate my body. I was slimming down after the baby not through any serious effort but just by virtue of getting up and around more. But the last month, I don't know what happened. I just feel GROSS.

I'm back with a beautiful new baby in tow. I need to get rid of this pregnancy weight and build up some arm muscles to tote this baby around!

I'm currently at 132.6 lbs. My goal is 120 lbs. by September 30, although I wouldn't mind it if I got to 115 lbs. by then. Starting off slowly though by making sure I get enough water and start getting used to tracking food.

Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp

Goal: Follow the Bootcamp program daily
I've decided not to set a weight or measurement goal
because I don't think that works for me. I just want to
make the commitment to do the program because I
know I'll feel better and I'm positive I'll see good results.

For the cardio portion, I'm going to mostly use my FIRM workouts - shorter ones or express versions. That way I won't
burn myself out like I think I did before.

5/4 Starting Weight: 117.2 lbs. (Up about 1.6 lbs. since March)
5/31 Ending Weight: 116.6 see blog re: Measurements

The FIRM Power of 10

Goal: Complete 10 FIRM workouts
This is a tried and true method for me. I always see results.
This is Round 4 of 2009 and just realized that my weight right
now is only 0.2 lbs. less than at the beginning of Round 3! At
the end of Round 3 I was at 115.6. But, it's okay - I can do it again.

The FIRM Believers Motivating May Challenge

Goal: Complete 4 FIRM tapes within four days.
This should tie in nicely with my cardio for Bootcamp.

DONE! Completed 3 sets of 4 workouts within 10 days.
