Fit, toned, flexible body! That's the GOAL!

I love to read published books, beta read yet to be published fiction, and write a little myself.

I am mum to two delightful kids, 6 and 5. I teach young children under a variety of capacities, and am a French frog now living across the Channel.

I used to exercise a lot but lost a bit of my mojo for it, so hope to rekindle with it!

My Goals:
June 15:
-loose 900gm a week through healthy eating and tracking
- be in bed by 22.30, which will make the most difference but will be really tough.
- to attend gym classes twice a week
- to do daily yoga, the second most impact activity I can do after sleeping enough!

My Program:
- keep tracking my food, even on a silly day.
- two classes
- plan daily meals and snacks to inform choices and shopping.
- early to bed, early to rise
- daily yoga

Personal Information:
Tonbridge, Kent, UK
- mum-at-home/ teacher, 2 lovely kiddies
- Frenchy exiled to the UK


Other Information:
- I love reading, all kind of things, as long as it grabs me.
- loves working out a good sweat to funky music: dancing in clubs or in classes at the gym... the later takes place a lot more often than the first!

I'm doing good. Trying to get back on track a little after a lazy start this summer. Between the heat and moving apartments and working a lot, I've not been as active so I put on a few pounds above my maintenance limit, but they're already leaving so that's a good sign anyway.

How are things with you?
