Fit, toned, flexible body! That's the GOAL!

I love to read, watch all kind of movies, and I love Les Mills classes and Yoga, and would love to try Karate if I had more money and time (husband finds I am out already far too much!!!) I have two lovely kids who are nearly 5 and 6, and I am a Early Years teacher (kindergarten)

August 2013: the last three months at school have been disastrous, and now, I am 6kg heavier than my heaviest goal range!!!!! ARGHHHHHH
I shall not be working full time this school year, actually, I shall drop down to bare minimum to be more present for my family, so I hope the 'one packet of haribo and multiple chocolates a day' nonsense is over. I think I need to retrain my brain and how I use food!!!!

December 2012: now used to being back at work, I need to go back to good habits! I also want to look half decent in my trousers, so here we go again.

July 2012: after 4 weeks of uncontrollable eating mayhem, I am trying to get back to 60kg. 1.8 gone, 2.6 to go!

APRIL 2012: maintain at 60kg for the next three months!

March 2012: update:
One month after reaching lowest goal weight than original one, everything went like a rollercoaster, up one day, down the next, weight is yoyo-ing like crazy! I am looking more deeply into the psychology of my wieght loss and healthy living, to find a way out of this, and get to maintain properly!
Non-weight related goal: get more balance with all the things that matter in my life: health, husband, children, family, friends, home...

After a first success last year with Spark (66.8kg down to 59), I failed to maintain! Started January 2012 at 64.5, now down to 59.3. So my goal now is to maintain and tone!!!!

My Goals:
August 2013:
-loose 600gm a week through healthy eating and tracking
- set up money reward: If I shed 600 -1000gm this week, I can go to the hairdresser!
- try out strategies to curb my pigging out went frustrated, stressed or bunged up: looking into 'changing habits' self-help stuff



July 2012:
- go back to tracking
- stay in range
- go to bed before 11pm
- exercise by myself if I cannot go to classes.

April 2012: maintain 60kg for three months.

March 2012:
- get back to under 60kg.
- daily toning exercises, using Nicole's videos
- Tackle housework daily so house is a home, not a pile of mess: 30 mins morning, 30mins pm, 30 mins evenings!
- quality time with DD, DS and DH: daily talk with DH, French game with DD and art/ craft with DS

Previous goals:
January 2012:
Maintain a below 60kg weight.
trim, strong, flexible body.

My Program:
- keep tracking my food, even on a silly day.
- keep my exercise routine
- 5 mins toning daily
- 2x 30 mins housework a day minimum!
- 15 mins minimum quality time with DD, DS and DH
- buy and use good Yoga DVD

- mum-at-home/ teacher, 2 lovely kiddies
- Frenchy exiled to the UK


Other Information:
- I love reading, all kind of things, as long as it grabs me.
- loves working out a good sweat to funky music: dancing in clubs or in classes at the gym... the later takes place a lot more often than the first!

I'm doing good. Trying to get back on track a little after a lazy start this summer. Between the heat and moving apartments and working a lot, I've not been as active so I put on a few pounds above my maintenance limit, but they're already leaving so that's a good sign anyway.

How are things with you?

Ah i see but your challenge was great maybe you could put up as an idea and we do it as a whole team with of Hogwarts, that would be great, your challenge is very motivational and i need stuff like that to help me along. I will do it aswell your challenge but not sure where i will post since we got our weekly challenge in now too.
