I'm a young-at-heart 52 year old mom living in Ontario, Canada with my teenage son who is the delight in my life, our sweet 10-yr old dog and our 18-month old hell-on-4 paws cat. In 2001 Bipolar thrashed my whole world from one extreme to the other and I haven't been able to return to work since.
Though I can motivate and gently guide others through their tough moments, I can't nurture my self. As a result, I've victimized my body with a dangerous excess of 40lbs. I've finally admitted I can't do this alone and look forward to sharing my road to better health. Thanks for letting me in.

Weekly Menu plan every weekend.
Motivational reading 1 hour every day.
