On my way to the 130s
11/5 I am currently a weight watcher. I love the program and I got down almost 13 pounds on it. For the past 3 weeks or so I've kind of gotten off plan. I am currently doing everything I can to get my inspiration back including figuring out why I went off plan when I had been doing so well. I was thinking I could use SP to write blogs and use my sparkpage as motivation. Run 1000 miles in 2009

My Goals:
I will be 137 give or take a few pounds by losing 1-2 pounds a week. I will treat this as a lifestyle and not as a diet. I will push past the 150 mark no matter what. I will run a half marathon in 2009. I will wear skinny jeans with boots and look great in it. I will tell myself postive affirmations each day and I will correct that little negative voice in my head.
My Program:
- track my points daily. - attend the weekly weight watcher meetings. - make use of my gym membership and run outside as the weather permits. - blog and journal.
