This is it!

Looks like it is time for a bit of an update! Yes I am trying to reclaim my life. My son did graduate from high school but has been struggling with college. He is a very smart young man who doesn't apply himself. I have struggled with some depression recently due to the many challenges that have come with that and unemployment that my husband faced last year. My goal right now is to get into one-derland and find some balance in my life.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to reach a healthy body weight and level of fitness. I don't know how long this will take me or what that number is, I will know it when I see it I suppose.

I also want to reach a healthy level of fitness so I don't struggle to do the things in life I want to do. I am taking one physical challenge at a time.

My Program:
To reach my goals I am working out with a personal trainer once a week and tracking my calories on SP.


Short term I am working toward getting back into one-derland.

I am also working on logging in to Sparkpeople every day no matter what. I also try to find someone who needs encouragement every day and post something encouraging for them to read.

I am also a member of TOPS which has helped with support as well.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Hamilton Michigan which is right near Holland. I have a son in college. My husband is a triathlete and has completed several Ironman races.

I checked out the TOPS website and there are no meetings in my town. I'd have to go a half hour away. And the places they're held at are not places I would normal go (or want to). Aka a senior center and two churches (I'd rather be around people my own age and I'm not religious). Thanks for the suggestion, though.
