Back on Track with Fearless Fushia!

I am back again restarting my journey. I took off about 40 lbs and gained it all back after encountering what seemed like overwhelming injuries. Doctor says it was overtraining. I let all of the injuries become my excuse to eat whatever I wanted and here I am back at almost 230.

Sparkpeople has been a great source of support and I am looking forward to finding my way through this journey successfully!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to reach a healthy body weight and level of fitness. I don't know how long this will take me or what that number is, I will know it when I see it I suppose.

I also want to reach a healthy level of fitness so I don't struggle to do the things in life I want to do. I am taking one physical challenge at a time.

My Program:
To reach my goals I am working out with a personal trainer once a week and tracking my calories on SP.


Short term I am working toward getting back to where I was last year 188 lbs. Real short term is to get back into onderland.

I am also working on logging in to Sparkpeople every day no matter what. I also try to find someone who needs encouragement every day and post something encouraging for them to read.

Personal Information:
I currently live in Hamilton Michigan which is right near Holland. I have son graduating from high school this year and will be off to Michigan State in August. My husband is a triathlete and has completed several Ironman races.
