My Program:
The Weight Watcher's Flex Points system has worked well for me in the past, but this time I will be following the Spark meal recommendations to eliminate the extra layer of tracking.
Personal Information:
I have been on a slow weight loss journey since April 2008 and tend to meet my goals when I stay focused. I find it easier to lose weight in the Spring and Summer, when I am more likely to get more fresh fruits and vegetables. I do a fairly good job of maintaining my weight between diets with no more than a 5 lb fluctuation.
Other Information:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, Champagne in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
