My Goals:
Get back into excellent shape, to my own contentment.

My Program:
Cardio 5 times a week: Spinning classes, running on my own.

Yoga: 2-3 times per week
Pilates: 1 time per week, at least

Maintain a healthy and low-calorie balanced diet.



Personal Information:
I live in the Bay Area, originally from the Santa Cruz area. Just graduated with a BS in Business Administration from UOP.
