I watched your last blog about these shakes being soy and something about not taking soy or something like that. Another thing you can do is go to the grocery store and by protein powder shakes in a whey protein. Rainbow has a brand that has 3 different kinds 1. is all soy, 2. is all whey and 3. is half soy and half whey. So if you decided to not use soy you can try one of those. I don't remember the brand name though last time we bought protein powder we got it from target. I am not sure it target has the 3 different ones like rainbow.
