high blood pressure... high cholesterol
2013... are you going to be my a ha moment. 44 years old and wondering what ... stressses.. yes.. did i let myself go... yes.. do I love me... yes.. then I need to take care of me!! So since I don't want to take medication.. I have to have a high fiber diet.. and exercise more. My goal is to lose 2lbs a week. I weigh 230lbs and should be at 154 for my height thats the high end.. I truly would be happy any where under the 200 mark! Sooo heres to me !! I'm going to worry less and ...

Exercise at least 3x a week and strengthing 2x a week Drink my 64 oz of water a day. Limit myself to one soda a day. work on my apple shape.. I have a high index which makes me prone to develop diabetes and heart disease. Result: Estimated Health Risk: Estimated Body Shape: 0.85+ High Apple

Im somewhere in colorado.. I love it here.. I kind of am prone to loving the southwest. I love the earthy tones and the hot sun.

Analyze what you are doing and try to make adjustments. It’s worth it. Try to focus on other improvement besides weight loss- how you feel, how much you’ve learned, how you have more energy, etc. Keep in mind that progress may be slow in the beginning. It probably took you many years to gain the weight you are trying to lose. You can’t expect to take it off in a fraction of the time. Plus, slow and steady weight loss (about 1-2 pounds per week) is healthier- AND you’re more likely to keep it off when it happens at this rate. Get support and encouragement from a buddy, your friends and family, or on the message boards. Sometimes a kind word is all you need to stop you from giving up.
