NO MORE EXCUSES!! ~ You Can Do It!! ~ NO MORE NEW JEANS!!

Hi. Im 25 with no children. I love to be outdoors and on the water. I have a jet ski and love to swim, surf and jump waves. I hate the gym but I am looking for motivation to workout indoors. I would rather be excercising outside doing something I enjoy but with my busy schedule thats nearly impossible. I want to loose 10 pounds in 30 days. I plan to spend 3 days in the gym and the rest of my time outdoors burning calories.
