In 2002 I was at my heaviest weight. I was 253 pounds, and was a size 24W. Depressed, miserable and lacking self-esteem I was at an all time low. I was desperate and started on the Atkins diet. Out of that desperate move I found that watching my carbs worked for me. I am no longer on a "diet", but continue to follow a low carb lifestyle, eating only "good" carbs and following the principles of Eating Clean. Out of that desperate move I found that watching my carbs worked for me. I am forever resolved to continue to advance my health in a positive direction. Power Statement: "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed". Prov 16:3 Personal Mission Statement: The power in the above statement is in the word "do". Finally realizing that it's in my "doing" that God will bless my efforts. I've had to get up from the pitty party table and do something! Note: My weight ticker starts at 253, where I was at the start of my weight loss journey, in 2002. I was at 190 when I began SP. I am proud of my accomplishment prior to SP and want to incorporate that success with this great new tool. The weight loss has slowed and reflects a life-style change. But the motivation remains strong! very short movie, please watch: http://www.the212movie.com/?SRC=WPOI2-12
