Personal Information:
I always hated gym class in school. I was the last one picked, hated the shower room..etc. Now as an adult I am learning to love activity. The great thing is I get to pick what I do in "gym" each day..I also have my own private shower : )

Hi

Thanks for adding me as a friend - i have been really thinking about women in motion as a group I want to join - I think after my half marathon on May 2 - Flying Pig in Cincinnati. I am really really slow, and I am thinking that maybe Women in Motion can help me speed up :)

Hi, and thanks for the encouragement. I really need it! I have gotten a little over confident and lazy in the past couple weeks! That is my pattern, in the past anyway! So I know that if I don't turn it back around, it is a slippery slope back into old habits and I cannot go there! I am too happy with the new me! So-today I get back at it. How about you? You have some great goals to work towards!

Plateaus stink! I am at one myself, have been for almost a month now. How about you? How long until you broke through? Did you do anything different or just kept plugging along?
