Figured an update was needed! I am well on my way with my healthy lifestyle, alot farther then I have ever gotten, so think this might be it for me! I started working with a trainer about 4 months ago and have so far lost 40 lbs! Definitely a good start, but still a ways to go, but definitely a lot more positive and motivated then I have ever been!
I have finally accomplished ridding my diet of processed foods, still have some days when I slip and eat things I shouldn't, but for the majority eat clean - fruits, veggies, meat and dairy, so definitely have done a lot of cooking and getting better with everything I make!
Good luck to everyone on their journey, it never seems to get easier, I have come to find loving yourself is the hardest thing to do, but once you start on that path, there is no stopping you, stay positive and know that nothing is impossible! :)
To finally get this healthy lifestyle change down completely. I don't want to have kids living the way I do, and it starts with me getting there first. I want to enjoy learning to cook new things and become an active healthy person.
I eat a clean diet of fruits, veggies, whole grains, meat and dairy. Try not to get too crazy on the dairy! I also started herbalife a couple months back, hoping to get the much needed nutrition my body needs!!
I have started to enjoy living a more active lifestyle, would definitely like to be done and fully focused on my new lifestyle before I have kids to make sure I teach them the right way to be. Im from the Chicagoland area, lots of cool places to be one with nature and exercise! lol

Thank you for the kind words on my Sparkpage. I am holding strong today. One day at a time. That is what matters. I am using the Spark guidelines for calories, fat and such. It works when I stick with it. That's how I lost the first 60lbs. Just gotta get totally recomitted and quit letting life throw me around.

Thank you so much for the best wishes. I feel like I need them lately. I have been very busy and not very attentive to my plan at all. I'm trying to turn things around and get going in the right direction again. Hope you have a fantastic weekend!

Hi sister...I'm back on this page too! I did so good all last week and worked out and everything....didn't even drink alot....but I gained! WTF! I'm sure it's not right but the scale said I gained 3 lbs. I've been eating low carb, low cal...disappointed. How about you? We'll get the treadmill over to you this coming weekend!
