Hi, I'm Lisa and I am trying to get back on track and lose 20 pounds that I put on after being injured last fall and spening 4 months in a cast. I lost 86 pounds 5 years ago and don't ever want to go back there. I like to read, watch my kids play sports and have discovered that I like to run. Although I have fallen off the exercise wagon lately, it is one of my goals to get back there where I go to the gym or run every day.

My Goals:
I am trying to get back on track and lose 20 lbs. I don't have a certain date in mind, but just know that I need to get it off before it becomes more.
My Program:
I am trying to start working out more. I was doing really well at working out 5 to 6 times a week, but got hurt doing the marathon last year and was off my feet for 4 months. And it is hard to get back on the exercise wagon. I am also trying to write down what I eat and the calories that I take in.
Personal Information:
I live in SE Portland with my husband and 2 boys (one is going to college in a week, so soon it will be just 3 of us home) I enjoy reading, watching my boys play sports and hanging out with my husband.
