I'm starting over...

I'm back! We made plans to go to visit family in June. And I'm not going fat again!

I always said I would lose my "baby weight" by the time I was 30. Well, I'm now 45 and I haven't lost it. I've actually gained weight! I'm at my post delivery weight of my first child. He is now 21 years old! WOW! Time flies. My baby is 18. I feel old. My joints ache, I'm tired most of the time and I eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I know it's not the right thing to do, but I do ...

I always said I would lose my "baby weight" by the time I was 30. Well, I'm now 45 and I haven't lost it. I've actually gained weight! I'm at my post delivery weight of my first child. He is now 21 years old! WOW! Time flies. My baby is 18. I feel old. My joints ache, I'm tired most of the time and I eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I know it's not the right thing to do, but I do it anyway.
Not anymore. I have a little less than 5 months til we head out for Ft. Myers, Florida and I refuse to put another bathing suit on this body!
My youngest will be graduating from high school in June also and I want to be one of the "hot moms". Sad, I know. But I've been fat for over 20 years and I don't like the way I look or feel.
So, I promise to exercise everyday. I promise to drink 8-10 glasses of water, a day! I will eat more fruits and vegies and less of the "good stuff". My cravings are no more. I am stronger than that Oreo cookie(S)! Potato chips, ice cream are a thing of the past. I'm not saying I won't fall. I'm sure I will. But this time I will pick myself up and shake it out....I will survive. And I will be a healthier, sexier, happier me:)
