For a very long time I've wished to become skinnier, prettier, healthier, etc. It has taken me a long time to accept me for me, and I've finally realized that it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks of me, whatever steps I take to become healthier it should be for ME. So after being on SP for quite awhile, and not really seeing any results because I haven't actually been trying that hard, I'm going to start again!

For a very long time I've wished to become skinnier, prettier, healthier, etc. It has taken me a long time to accept me for me, and I've finally realized that it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks of me, whatever steps I take to become healthier it should be for ME. So after being on SP for quite awhile, and not really seeing any results because I haven't actually been trying that hard, I'm going to start again!

Basically I just want to become a healthier me. Yes, I would love to be super skinny and wear super fashionable clothes, but my main goal is to feel comfortable with who I am and just take care of myself! I have a couple of illnesses (chronic epstein barr & hypothyroidism) which have a huge effect on my life--the epstein barr makes me EXHAUSTED all the time so it's hard to get motivated to exercise when I feel like going to sleep, but I am determined to just a little every day and to focus on taking care of my body!

Paper tracking really helps, even just to identify what problem areas you may have. I find it to be so much easier because you aren't searching through the screens but it can be dangerous because there are no calorie counts. I try to write down as much calorie information too so I can keep track that way. Hope it works!

I actually finished school on Tuesday and found out I did get into grad school last week! I'm pretty excited for the fall! How is your summer going?

That is super exciting about the nanny position! I just sent in my application to grad school so I'm waiting to hear back until I can make any real decisions about this summer. My part-time nanny job ends when the school year is over, so I will probably either try to find a full time position for the summer or just work at my other part time job. I'm also supposed to go visit some family in New York State at some point, but it really depends on my schedule! I just can't wait to hear about grad school because right now everything is so uncertain!

hey girl! things are going pretty well from me, i can't believe i've already been on SP for a month! i'm losing weight at a snail's pace but i am feeling a lot healthier and better about myself, and that's what's important. what about you? how are you doing?
