Fitness after Baby #5

Just had baby #5 on December 22nd. Looking to lose baby weight and get back to a pre-pregnancy shape. I have been a runner for years but had to stop at the end of my pregnancy, although I continued to walk 3-5 miles a day until the day I delivered. Hoping to resume my running training again.
