    Welcome! I would try Zumba class and the reason why is because it's not constent cardio, there is a lot of stop and go and you onyl have to move your body, it doesn't have to be fast or intensse you just do what you can do! Also you could try swimming believe it or not this can be cardio and it is a full body workout! Catmagnet is correct too sparkteams with medical issues would be good for you to get involved in, I am certain there are many but here is one I am in -
